Age and offline play
Before account services are initialized, a neutral date-of-birth screen selects the play experience. The entered date is discarded immediately; no birth date or exact age is saved or transmitted. Only the selected local/eligible mode, an under-18 flag for protective advertising settings, and the calendar year of the check are stored on the device. The question is asked again in a later calendar year.
Players under 16 can play all ten worlds in both game modes without an account. Their progress stays on the device; no name, authentication information or scores are sent to Firebase. Google/Apple sign-in, global rankings, payment services and external links are unavailable in this local mode. Unknown-age users cannot initialize online account or payment services. Players aged 16 or over can use the account features described below. The under-16 experience has no advertisements or analytics. Advertising-enabled releases may show contextual banner ads to eligible players aged 16 or over; older closed-test releases do not show ads. Unknown-age players do not request ads. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local-only progress. Parents may contact the support address for assistance.

1. Service
These terms govern the game provided by Fool's First Step / Yunus Karen ALVER. Contact: karenalver@gmail.com.
This is an entertainment puzzle game. Celestial sizes, distances and some appearances are artistic interpretations for playability, not a scientific simulation.

2. License
You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the game personally and non-commercially. Content remains owned by its respective rights holders. Open-source licenses are available under Support > Licenses.
For copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement account and game services. Apple's standard license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

3. Accounts and usernames
Accounts use Google or Apple authentication and the provider's own terms also apply. Do not use another person's account. Usernames are unique without regard to letter case. Do not impersonate others or use names containing threats, hate, abuse, personal contact information or inappropriate content. Your username appears in rankings. Report an inappropriate name or behavior to support with the username.
Cheating, automated score fabrication, disrupting the service or altering others' records is prohibited. Violating ranking entries may be removed and access may be restricted when necessary. Contact support to contest an action.

4. Progress and network features
The puzzle runs on your device. Initial sign-in, account actions and shared rankings require internet. This version does not synchronize game boards between devices. Uninstalling the game or clearing device data may lose local progress.
The service uses a free server quota. Rankings may be delayed or unavailable due to connectivity, maintenance or quota limits. Cached rankings can be displayed with a notice. We do not guarantee when a local score will appear on the server.

5. Shop, levels and charges
Closed test 0.14: All cosmetic sets are available to try without payment or spending levels. This temporary preview does not create permanent purchase rights. The normal shop rules below apply when purchasing is enabled in a later release.

There are no subscriptions. Advertising-enabled releases may show banner advertisements to eligible players aged 16 or over. The shop offers cosmetic block sets and themes; they provide no score or placement advantage. The first five sets in each category cost 5, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 current levels respectively. A confirmation shows your level before and after spending. The stated number of levels is deducted, preserving your progress fraction within the level. These unlocks are kept in the game account save on this device; they do not transfer when app data is erased or to another device. Levels have no cash value.
The final five block sets and final five themes are one-time, non-consumable in-app products when made available in the store. The intended US price is US$0.99 per product; the binding price and currency appear in the Google Play or App Store payment sheet and may vary with local pricing and tax. Buying is disabled when the product or store service is unavailable. The developer does not receive your payment card details.
A product unlocks after completed payment is verified by the store. Pending or cancelled payments do not unlock it. Choose Apply to use an owned set. Restore purchases uses the same store account on the same platform. Google Play purchases do not automatically transfer to the App Store or vice versa. Level purchases are not restored by the stores. Refunds follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer rights; a refund or revocation may end access. Deleting a game account does not delete the store transaction history or automatically request a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes will be disclosed appropriately.

6. Privacy and account closure
Information use is explained in the separate Privacy Policy. Permanently delete your account through Menu > Support > Delete Account. Sign Out closes only the game session and is not account deletion. Support and external deletion requests: karenalver@gmail.com.

7. Responsibility and support
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. This does not remove liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact the developer for issues, rights concerns or data requests. Apple is not the game's maintenance or support provider.

8. Remove Ads
Remove Ads (planet.removeads) is a separate, one-time, non-consumable purchase. The US base price is $4.99; the store checkout shows your actual local price and applicable taxes. A verified purchase permanently removes this game's banner ads for that store account, subject to refund or revocation. It is not a subscription, does not unlock cosmetic sets, and is not included in All in One. Restore purchases is available in the Remove Ads window. Android and iOS purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. Under-16 local play already has no ads and does not offer this purchase. Offline play remains available without purchasing. Advertising privacy choices remain separate from payment.
